Ramin Djawadi says Game of Thrones Live Concert Experience is like a two hour trailer for Season 8

Game of Thrones has its own concert, titled the Game of Thrones Live Concert Experience, and the first edition was loved by every person that got a chance to attend a show. The show returns for a second edition now, and composer Ramin Djawadi recently spoke to Variety about it, and how it is like a two hour trailer for Game of Thrones Season 8. Read on!

Speaking of the 2018 edition of the concert, he said :

“I decided to make this a hybrid. Between the traditional orchestra concert and more contemporary things that you might see in a rock concert, pyro, snow … it embraces the audience more.”

He said it’s “a two-hour trailer for the next season,” speaking of how the music will signify the characters’ journeys as they move forward to the big end  :

“You really get a breakdown of the characters and the plot.”
