‘Saviour’ Constable Carries Two Girls On His Shoulder For 1.5 Km In Flood To Get Them To Safety –

Like many other states of the country Gujarat is also bearing the floods. Rescuers and police in the state are doing their best in rescuing the local citizens. Only today, news agency ANI posted a video of a Gujarat police constable carrying two children on his shoulder for more than one kilometer in flooded water. 

The tweet reads, ‘Pruthviraj Jadeja, a Gujarat police constable carried two children on his shoulders for over 1.5 km in flood waters in Kalyanpar village of Morbi district, to safety.’ 
In the video which has been tweeted about 4000 times within a couple of hours, the constable can be seen braving the waters to take the girls to safe land, without even letting them get wet in the water. Just a few days ago we also brought you a video from Vadodara where Govind Chavda is could be seen carrying a 45-day-old infant in a tub over his head while walking through at least four-feet of water. 

Additional DGP, Gujarat tweeted :
‘Proud of the humanitarian work of this cop in Vadodara . Courage & dedication. Rescued the baby & family. Video clip of rescue operation of a baby of 45 days by cop Govind Chavda,’ . The Gujarat police officers and constables are turning out to be heroes and saviors in these hard times for the state.
